SKANZEN
Skanzen, Szentendre Open-Air Ethnographic Museum is the largest open-air collection in Hungary in which the longest museum railway line in Europe was built in 2009. Thousands of visitors visit the site, which is located 5 km from Hotel Róz.
THE PILIS
The Pilis or – Pilis mountains are clumps on the right bank of the Danube, between Budapest and Esztergom. It is the easternmost member of the Transdanubia Mountains. It is not high, but because of its natural beauty it is visited by many. Its main peak is Pilis. It is a paradise for hikers, revealing a sight rich in caves and springs.
THE DUNAKANYAR
The Danube Bend is the section of the Danube between Esztergom and Budapest. In this part, the river flows between Börzsöny and the Visegrád Mountains, and its flow direction changes from west-east to north-south. One of the most important tourist districts in Hungary. It offers sports opportunities for its visitors, and it is no coincidence that it is one of the most popular cycling routes. The route runs almost entirely along the Danube.
BEAR HOUSE
Thinking of our little guests, the bear home is the Veresegyházi teddy bear 30 km away from us, where teddy bear feeding, pony riding, bouncing castle and face painting await the visitors.
